One thing to know: Eurocraft approves its products through that statewide FBC route and does not carry separate Miami-Dade Notices of Acceptance (NOAs), which some architects and project specs specifically ask for. Exact approval and rating depend on the model, size, and glass package, so we confirm what applies to your opening, and flag any NOA requirement, when we put together the quote.

Eurocraft publishes its Florida Product Approval design loads but, unlike some larger brands, does not publish NFRC energy labels (U-factor, SHGC) or AAMA performance-class numbers on its product pages. That does not mean the products underperform, the uPVC line in particular should insulate well, it just means those figures are not posted publicly. Because the published spec sheet is limited, we confirm the exact approved ratings and glass options for your specific opening when we prepare the quote rather than relying on a generic spec table.

Eurocraft is a genuinely independent, family-run Florida manufacturer, not a national roll-up, with an actively maintained Florida-approved catalog and a recent run of updated engineering revisions. Its real draw is the European uPVC line, true tilt-and-turn windows, a lift-and-slide door, and premium Trosifol glazing, which most aluminum-only brands do not offer. Eurocraft offers a limited warranty that covers the aluminum and uPVC frames for 10 years and laminated glass for 10 years, with shorter terms on hardware, moving parts, and insulated glass; laminated glass made with the SentryGlas interlayer carries the full 10-year glass coverage. The manufacturer warranty covers replacement parts only and is set by Eurocraft, not by us.
