ES Windows is the fenestration brand of Tecnoglass Inc. (NYSE: TGLS), operating one of the few vertically integrated architectural glass and aluminum platforms in the impact-window industry. The Tecnoglass parent manufactures the glass substrates (a 13-coating Low-E library including Vitro-licensed Solarban and proprietary R-series options), the Alutions subsidiary manufactures the aluminum extrusions, and ES Windows assembles the finished windows and doors. The vertical integration shortens the supply chain and keeps the glass and frame engineering on the same team.
