Built for South Florida homes

The ES-P600 is a fully thermally-broken multi-unit window system supporting fixed, in-swing casement, out-swing casement, awning, and hopper configurations, designed to meet AAMA AW-PG60 and CW-PG60 performance grades. It is offered at 3-1/4" and 4" (with receiver) frame depths for insulated, double-insulated, and insulated-laminated glass. Operation uses a lever handle for hopper and in-swing casement and a roto operator for awning and out-swing casement, with receiver options and anodized, painted, or wood-effect finishes.

Frequently Asked Questions

The ES-P600 is a fully thermally-broken aluminum multi-unit window system in ES Windows's Commercial & Architectural Series, supporting fixed, in-swing casement, out-swing casement, awning, and hopper configurations in one platform. It is designed to meet the AAMA AW-PG60 (architectural window) and CW-PG60 (commercial window) performance grades. We install the ES-P600 on commercial and architectural projects where you want a single thermally-broken system that can mix several operable and fixed types.

The ES-P600 profile we have describes it by AAMA AW-PG60 and CW-PG60 performance grades and does not list a large-missile impact rating or a Miami-Dade NOA. The Commercial & Architectural Series carries both non-impact architectural systems and separate HVHZ impact systems, so for an opening inside the High Velocity Hurricane Zone we would steer you to an impact-rated ES Windows option such as the ES-PA220 project-out, which carries large- and small-missile impact in some configurations. We confirm the correct impact-rated product and approval for your jurisdiction before quoting.

Maximum sizes on the ES-P600 vary by type: the fixed unit goes up to 60 by 99 inches, the in-swing casement up to 60 by 96 inches, the out-swing casement up to 48 by 84 inches, and both the hopper and awning up to 60 by 48 inches. All of these configurations are rated to a design pressure of +60/-60 psf. Because the required design pressure depends on the opening's size, height, and exposure, we confirm the rating each unit must meet at quote.

With the SB70 clear low-E glass, the ES-P600 fixed unit is rated at a U-factor of 0.30 and SHGC of 0.22, the hopper at U 0.34 and SHGC 0.18, and the in-swing casement at U 0.38 and SHGC 0.16. Being fully thermally broken helps the system limit heat transfer through the aluminum frame. We help you pick the glass make-up from the GL-1 through GL-10 options that best balances energy performance and budget for the project.

The ES-P600 is offered at a 3-1/4-inch frame depth as standard, with a 4-inch depth available using the receptor. Frame finishes include anodized, painted, and wood-grain, built on 6063-T6 or 6005-T5 aluminum alloy, and glazing is available across the GL-1 through GL-10 insulated, laminated, and insulated-laminated make-ups with painted, serigraphy, or digital-printed glass finishes. We review the depth, finish, and glass options so the system fits the wall condition and design intent.

The ES-P600 uses a lever handle for the hopper and in-swing casement and a roto operator for the awning and out-swing casement, so operation matches each configuration. Installed pricing depends on the mix of configurations, sizes, glass packages, frame depth and finish, and the existing opening, so there is no single price. Contact Armor Pro for a free, no-obligation estimate and we will measure your openings and quote the ES-P600.

This is ES Windows's house-brand catalog for commercial, condo, and mid- to high-rise architectural work, distinct from the residential tier lines. It covers aluminum storefront, stick and structural-silicone-glazed curtain wall, pre-glazed impact window wall, project-in and project-out operable windows, and commercial sliding and lift-slide doors. We reference it for light-commercial and architectural-spec projects rather than standard home replacement.

The U.S.-market impact systems are the ones that carry real HVHZ ratings: the ES-8860 window wall is tested to plus and minus 150 psf, the ES-6000/6100 sliding door reaches plus 120 / minus 135 psf with multiple Miami-Dade NOAs, and the ES-7500/7600 window wall and several others carry large- and small-missile certification. Some of the metric storefront and curtain-wall framing systems are Latin-American architectural products without Florida approval, so we verify approval status before specifying any of them on a Florida job.

ES Windows is the residential and light-commercial fenestration brand of Tecnoglass Inc. (NYSE: TGLS), and the products are manufactured at the company's complex in Barranquilla, Colombia. What makes the brand unusual is that the parent makes its own architectural glass and aluminum extrusions and then assembles the finished windows and doors in-house, so a single company stands behind the whole assembly rather than buying glass and frames from outside suppliers. We install and service ES Windows products throughout South Florida.
