Built for South Florida homes

The ES-7525T is a stick-system curtain wall with a thermal break and a 7-1/2" profile depth for storefronts where thermal efficiency is required. It uses shear-block construction and is designed for laminated, insulated-laminated, and non-impact insulated glass, though certifications may not cover all configurations. The system includes an integral door adapter, EPDM thermal-isolator gasket, exterior glazing, a 90-degree exterior corner adapter, and captured vertical and horizontal mullions.

Frequently Asked Questions

The ES-7525T is a 7-1/2" stick-system ("stick-built") curtain wall with a thermal break, built for storefronts and architectural facades where thermal efficiency matters. It uses shear-block construction with captured vertical and horizontal mullions and is designed to glaze laminated, insulated-laminated, and non-impact insulated glass. We install it on commercial and architectural glazing jobs where a thermally broken curtain wall is specified.

No. The ES-7525T is a non-impact system and is not approved for the High Velocity Hurricane Zone in Miami-Dade or Broward. If your project needs impact-rated commercial glazing, ES Windows offers HVHZ window-wall systems such as the ES-7500/7600 and the ES-8860, and the ES-7525T can take an integral door adapter for the ES-9000 impact door. We'll confirm the right approved system for your jurisdiction at quote.

In its captured/SSG curtain-wall configuration the ES-7525T runs up to 60" x 196.75" with a design pressure of +100/-100 psf, and that same +100/-100 psf rating holds across its single-span, twin-span, and multi-span layouts. Keep in mind that's a wind-load rating on a non-impact system, not an impact approval. We verify the design pressure your opening actually requires before we install.

The ES-7525T can be glazed with several packages, including a 1/4" Solarban 70XL insulated unit at a U-factor of about 0.40, 9/16" laminated glass at roughly U 0.45, 1 5/16" insulating laminated glass, and a 1" non-impact insulated unit. The thermal break in the 7-1/2" frame is what supports those lower U-factors. We'll match the glass package to your energy targets when we quote the system.

The ES-7525T frame is available anodized, painted, or in a wood-grain finish. On the glazing side you can specify captured verticals and horizontals or structural-silicone-glazed (SSG) vertical mullions, with wet glazing (LMI) or dry glazing (SMI). Frame options also include an integral door adapter for the ES-9000 impact door, a 90-degree outside corner adapter, open horizontals, and integrated vents.

We don't quote a flat price because installed cost depends on the overall facade size, the spans and configuration (single, twin, or multi-span), the glass package you choose, and the condition of the opening. As a thermally broken commercial curtain wall with finish and glazing options like SSG mullions, pricing is built per project. Armor Pro provides a free, no-obligation estimate after reviewing your plans and measuring the work.

This is ES Windows's house-brand catalog for commercial, condo, and mid- to high-rise architectural work, distinct from the residential tier lines. It covers aluminum storefront, stick and structural-silicone-glazed curtain wall, pre-glazed impact window wall, project-in and project-out operable windows, and commercial sliding and lift-slide doors. We reference it for light-commercial and architectural-spec projects rather than standard home replacement.

The U.S.-market impact systems are the ones that carry real HVHZ ratings: the ES-8860 window wall is tested to plus and minus 150 psf, the ES-6000/6100 sliding door reaches plus 120 / minus 135 psf with multiple Miami-Dade NOAs, and the ES-7500/7600 window wall and several others carry large- and small-missile certification. Some of the metric storefront and curtain-wall framing systems are Latin-American architectural products without Florida approval, so we verify approval status before specifying any of them on a Florida job.

ES Windows is the residential and light-commercial fenestration brand of Tecnoglass Inc. (NYSE: TGLS), and the products are manufactured at the company's complex in Barranquilla, Colombia. What makes the brand unusual is that the parent makes its own architectural glass and aluminum extrusions and then assembles the finished windows and doors in-house, so a single company stands behind the whole assembly rather than buying glass and frames from outside suppliers. We install and service ES Windows products throughout South Florida.
